Make Your Own: Cold Cut Subs

No one wants to spend the long weekend in the kitchen, so this week's Make Your Own features a variety of cold cut subs with ingredients from University Square Bakery & Deli to keep things refreshing and you, outside! 

ITALIAN COMBO SUB 

  • Thin deli ham 
  • R.M. Marinated Artichoke Hearts 
  • Mozzarella Slices
  • Pepper (sprinkle)
  • Mayonnaise 
  • Some lettuce leaves 
  • Whole wheat bread / stick 

SALAMI, MOZZARELLA & ROASTED RED PEPPER SUB 

  • Mozzarella 
  • Salami (sweet or spicy, your choice!) 
  • Molisana Fire Red Roasted Peppers 
  • Option to add basil leaves 
  • Add olive oil for an added buttery taste 
  • Italian or calabrese brad stick 

TURKEY SUB

  • Vienna stick
  • Sliced turkey breast 
  • Provolone cheese 
  • Lettuce leaves 
  • Mayonnaise
